Summer Lovin'

So it’s a little late, considering that summer will be over in a little over a month, but here are a few of the handiest dandiest products that I could not have survived the summer without!

Tarte Smooth Operator, Bronze Finishing Powder. No faves list of mine would be complete without an item from Tarte Cosmetics, their products have revolutionized the way my skin responds to makeup, and I feel prettier than ever when using the Tarte line. I also have this finishing powder in the sheer finish, but the bronzed version gives the prettiest finish to your summer makeup, sometimes this is all I need for my skin. A def, MUST TRY! 

ESSIE nail polish. I know gasp, right? As a long time loyal Sally Hansen Quick Dry fan, I can hardly believe that I am saying this, but the Essie polishes are really where it’s at. From the pigment and shine to the long lasting wear, Essie polish is the whole kit and caboodle and will keep your nails and toes did all through the long summer days.

SODA, Taffy in Tan Summer Clogs. I wear these shoes WITH everything! The tan color makes my leggies look long and sexy sauce and they are super duper comfy to boot! You can check them out in my blog here, and can find them at Heart Boutique or here.

St. Tropez Self Tanner Mousse. WARNING: Do not under any circumstance apply right before doing any of the following; hitting the club, soundly sleeping/drooling, sweating your balls off or sporting your white booty shorts…this shiz will come off if you don’t let it dry properly and you will have high-larious sweat/drool stains or the worst, pretend poopy white pants ever!

That being said, I recently spotted a wrinkle under my left eye, and decided it was time to give up my care free summer days spent baking in the sun in turn for practicing sun safety and entering the world of self tanner. St. Tropez is a great line of mousses, exfoliants and moisturizers that will keep you looking tanned and beachy without the risk of shriveling into a raisin, check it out at your nearest SEPHORA or go online here.

REVLON- Just Bitten Lipstain and Balm. Normally not a coveter of anything sticky or super scented for my lips, this product gets the job done in the color department annnnddd moisturizes to boot, not to mention the drug store price tag is so nice I might need every stinkin’ color!
